Residential Sale

Our involvement in a residential sale normally starts with receipt of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.  It is our responsibility to help you satisfy your end of the bargain.  It is important for us to get proof of payment for property taxes, as well as a recent mortgage payout statement.  We also ask that you inform us about any debts that must be paid out in order to complete the transaction.  Prior to closing day, we will meet to execute relevant documentation and review the statement of adjustments.
